A male Mute Swan (in the center of the photo with the orange bill) aggressively approaches a Trumpeter Swan (its mate is in the background watching) to try to lay claim to the waterway. The Mute Swan was successful in making both Trumpeter Swans fly to another section of the waterway, but they eventually returned to their original spot.
